All rates are quoted in Euro, per room, per night and include breakfast, service and VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Please note that the number of reservable rooms is limited for each hotel. Early room reservation is therefore recommended. Rooms are allocated on a first come – first served basis. Should your favorite hotel (1st choice) be fully booked, a room will be reserved for you in your 2nd and 3rd choice hotel.

Reservations must be made through the congress office Publi- Créations to guarantee the quoted rates negotiated for the congress. It is highly recommended to book the hotel rooms online at www.osteology-cannes.org (for credit card payments only). Alternatively, hotel rooms can also be reserved by completing the appropriate hotel reservation form and sent back by fax (+377 97 97 35 50) or e-mail (osteology@publicreations.com) to Publi-Créations by march 25, 2011 at the latest. After this date, rooms cannot be guaranteed. Rooms can only be reserved for a minimum stay of the two central nights, i.e. on thursday, April 14, 2011 and Friday, April 15, 2011.

An appropriate invoice, which serves as confirmation document, will be sent after receipt of the corresponding full payment.

Cancellation conditions for hotel rooms

Any change or cancellation of an individual hotel reservation must be sent in writing to Publi-Créations.

Please consider that the above mentioned cancellation conditions only apply to individual reservations.

Group reservations (more than 10 rooms)

For group reservations (more than 10 hotel rooms) please contact Publi-Créations directly at osteology@publicreations.com, as different reservation conditions will apply.

City Tax

City taxes are not included in the hotel rates listed. The price per person, per night is between € 0.80 – 1.30 (depending on the hotel category). The city taxes have to be paid directly upon check-out.
